Quit smoking now with the help of hypnosis. I quit smoking several years ago, so I know how hard it is. I smoked for many years and was up to over 3 packs a day when I quit. It was one of the best things I did for myself and now I want to help you if you desire to quit the habit.
Quitting smoking is a monumental task that seems impossible for many. after all, if it were easy you would already be a non-smoker. Many times willpower alone is simply not enough for the average person to overcome a years long habit. Now, with the help of hypnosis, you can easily take back control of your life and breathe the fresh air you deserve.
How Hypnosis Helps You Quit
The stop smoking hypnosis program can have you “smoke free” in as little as one 90 minute session. In just 90 minutes you can release the habit and cravings for smoking. I direct your subconscious with positive suggestions to agree to stop smoking, quit the cravings and to release the habit. Smoking goes with the “hand to mouth” relationship developed during the “oral stage” of human development. I make sure that one bad oral habit is not replaced by another bad oral habit like over-eating; so weight gain is not an issue using these techniques and methods.
How Effective Is Quit Smoking Hypnosis?
Most clients leave my office after just one 90 minute session and are “smoke free” with no cravings or desires to ever smoke again. Some of my clients, however, leave my office after their first session having some cravings, but find they have cut their cigarette consumption down drastically. For these clients I offer shorter less expensive follow-up sessions to end these minor cravings. Some clients simply need more sessions to better relax into the process for the program’s success. The great thing about hypnosis for quitting smoking is that it is holistic and could be combined with any other smoking cessation program for added effectiveness.
My technique does not use negative suggestions. For instance, I don’t suggest if you smoke the cigarettes will taste bad. I use “positive” suggestions and reinforce healthy behavior, helping you be proud for being a non-smoker.
Will You Make Me Quit Smoking?
No, hypnosis is not about “making” you do anything. Hypnosis is a tool which will help you to overcome programming that urges you to smoke. You will, however, enjoy many benefits if you decide to quit smoking.
- Lower risk for lung and other types of cancer.
- Reduced risk for heart disease, stroke and peripheral vascular disease (narrowing of blood vessels outside the heart).

What the CDC doesn’t address is the money that you save by quitting smoking. At an average of $7 per pack of cigarettes if you were a 1 pack-a-day smoker and quit, you would save $2,555 dollars in one year, over $200 your first month of being smoke free!
