About the Hypnotist

Bill speaking at a meeting
Bill Torgan, CH

Bill was a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force and later became a Captain in the U.S. Army. Bill was also a Police Lieutenant where he really enjoyed helping those in need. After retiring as the Safety Director for Houston North Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Bill took hypnosis training with the Hypnosis Practitioner Training Institute in California. He further trained at the Path Foundation Hypnosis School in Houston and received certifications from the Path Foundation and the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Bill is certified to practice all forms of hypnosis, however, he is most focused on helping clients who need help to quit smoking, overcome a fear, focus on an ability such as business success or maybe just improving their golf game.

Bill has been a longtime veteran of a local theatre group and has enjoyed many lead-roles at the Crighton and Owen theatres in Conroe as well as having been the play director for some of them.  He won the Monte award for the best show of the season for the musical “The King & I” at the Owen. Bill enjoys playing guitar when he is not busy working on improving his business and service to his clients.
