One of the three biggest issues hypnosis helps with is a subconscious fine-tuning of the metabolism, which is the engine that determines the efficiency of our calorie burning. The other two big issues are food cravings and eating habits. While exercise is important and an issue I can help you enjoy, my main focus is more on the everyday living that drives our nutritional consumption.
